I spent a lot of time in December setting goals for the new year. I also have a tradition of creating a vision board for the year too. I like to create my vision board before the 1st of the year and have all my goals ready to go.
This year, I finished my vision board, but I didn’t complete my goal setting. My goal setting time was interrupted by travel at the beginning of the year. This past Sunday (January 12th), I finished setting all of my goals for the year. I was able to break them down into quarterly and monthly goals too!
I am a planner nerd and a perpetual list maker. After I set my goals, I schedule some action items in my planner.
Now that we are in a new year, let’s talk goals! Here are mine for January. Next month, I’ll provide an update on what I accomplished.
